The agency provides services seven (7) days per week, twenty-four (24) hours per day, including public holidays. The main office is open Monday to Friday between 0900 hours and 1630 hours. The phone lines are transferred after hours to an answering service, which responds promptly and efficiently seven days per week and 24 hours per day on weekends and public holidays.
The answering service communicates all messages promptly to the supervisor on call. A supervisor is on call 7 days per week and 24 hours per day including public holidays.
The on-call staff is prepared for all calls including emergencies and is well equipped for communication with a pager, cellular phone, staff availability and current client information. The on-call staff is prepared to receive and process referrals, requests and reports. |
